Southeast Indiana.

Southeast Indiana sits at the far end of our map: the counties between Richmond and the Ohio River, the Cincinnati side of the line, and the river towns down to Madison and Lawrenceburg. Older housing stock, a lot of it well built and a long time past its original kitchen and bath.

We take the drive and we work to what is already there, planning the plumbing and framing around the house rather than assuming it will behave like a subdivision build. Kitchens and bathrooms only, by our own crew.
