Michigan.

Michigan starts a few miles north of our shop, and we cross the line every week. Bedford Township and Monroe County are neighbors, and we work the whole state from there: Detroit and its suburbs, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Grand Rapids and the lake towns on both coasts.

Michigan houses live with real winters and real humidity, and a bathroom without proper waterproofing and ventilation shows it within a few seasons. We build for that climate, and we bring the same crew and the same schedule across the line that we run at home.
