Oakland County, MI
Oakland County.
Oakland County runs north from Eight Mile: Royal Oak and Ferndale with their 1920s and 1930s bungalows, Southfield and Farmington Hills with postwar ranches and colonials, and the larger homes of Troy, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield and Rochester Hills.
Expectations run high here, and they should. A primary bath or kitchen in Oakland County has to be built to the finish the house deserves: cabinetry that lines up, tile laid flat over real waterproofing, and a schedule we hold to.
Including Troy, Royal Oak, Southfield, Novi, Farmington Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Rochester Hills, Ferndale, Waterford.
