Fulton County.

Fulton County sits west of Toledo along the Michigan line, a county of farm country and small towns: Swanton, Delta, Metamora and Wauseon, the county seat. Most homes here are older village houses and farm properties, plenty of them on well water.

Well water with iron and hardness decides which fixtures and finishes will still look right in ten years, so we choose for the water the house actually has. Kitchens and bathrooms, start to finish, by our own crew.
