Swanton sits where Lucas and Fulton counties meet at the edge of the Oak Openings, with a village center of older homes and rural properties around it. Many of the outlying houses are on well water, which is hard and carries iron, and that changes what fixtures and finishes hold up.

We choose fixtures and tile for the water they will actually see, and we rebuild kitchens and baths in village homes that have carried their original rooms for decades.
