Indiana.

Indiana is the west end of our map, and we work the whole state: Fort Wayne and the northeast corner nearest our shop, Indianapolis and its suburbs, and the river towns down on the Ohio. A lot of Indiana housing is older than it looks from the street. Farm houses, small town homes from before the war, and postwar neighborhoods that still have the kitchen and bath they were built with.

We take the drive and work to the house that is already there, planning the plumbing and framing around it instead of assuming it will behave like a new build. Kitchens and bathrooms only, by our own crew, with the scope and the price in writing before anything starts.
