Fresh Start Kitchen and Bath is based in Toledo and works across all of Ohio, all of Michigan and Southeast Indiana. The communities below are the ones closest to home; if your town is anywhere in those three states, call and we will come out.

Ohio
We are based in Toledo and we work the whole state. That covers a lot of different houses: the century homes of Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati, the postwar suburbs around every one of them, lake houses along Erie, and farm houses in every county between. The plumbing, framing and water are different in each, and the way we scope a job accounts for that before demolition starts.

Michigan starts a few miles north of our shop, and we cross the line every week. Bedford Township and Monroe County are neighbors, and we work the whole state from there: Detroit and its suburbs, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Grand Rapids and the lake towns on both coasts.

Southeast Indiana sits at the far end of our map: the counties between Richmond and the Ohio River, the Cincinnati side of the line, and the river towns down to Madison and Lawrenceburg. Older housing stock, a lot of it well built and a long time past its original kitchen and bath.

Toledo holds a century of housing at once: the Old West End's Victorians, the 1920s brick bungalows of West Toledo and the Old Orchard, postwar ranches in Point Place and South Toledo. A remodel here is different in every era, and the difference shows up the moment a wall opens: cast iron stacks, galvanized supply lines, plaster and lath, and a bathroom that was sized to the minimum when the house was built.
