Toledo holds a century of housing at once: the Old West End's Victorians, the 1920s brick bungalows of West Toledo and the Old Orchard, postwar ranches in Point Place and South Toledo. A remodel here is different in every era, and the difference shows up the moment a wall opens: cast iron stacks, galvanized supply lines, plaster and lath, and a bathroom that was sized to the minimum when the house was built.

We work across the whole city and price the house in front of us. Kitchens and bathrooms taken from dated to finished by our own crew, with the plumbing and framing surprises of an older Toledo house planned for rather than discovered halfway through.
