Holland and the Springfield Township neighborhoods around it are mostly 1970s through 1990s homes: good bones, standard layouts, and original kitchens and baths that are now the oldest thing in the house.

The work here is upgrade rather than repair. Cabinetry, counters, tile and a primary bath rebuilt with a real shower, all of it done in house on one schedule.
