Maumee.

Maumee sits on the river with a historic uptown and streets that run from century homes near Conant to 1960s and 70s ranches further out. The older houses carry small bathrooms and closed kitchens, and the ranches carry original builder finishes that are now fifty years old.

Both are our work. We open up closed kitchens with the framing done right, and we rebuild bathrooms with the waterproofing and ventilation that river valley humidity demands.
